Our Shipping & Delivery Policy
We do NOT ship internationally, only within the continental United States.
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine, spirits, and beer.
By placing your order you have represented to Jersey Fine Wines that you are at least 21. Customers may be required to provide proof of age.
We do NOT ship to the following states:
Alaska, California, Idaho, Louisiana, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, Virginia, Washington, D.C., West Virginia and Wyoming are the only states we are allowed to ship wine to.
Many states restrict the shipment of alcoholic beverages. Please accept our apologies if we are unable to ship to your area.

All packages sent out by Jersey Fine Wines REQUIRE a signature, by an adult of legal drinking age, upon delivery.
Customer comments on their order such as "Please leave on back porch" or "Please leave at front door" will be ignored.
We will not be able to refund any shipping charges if your package comes back to us because there was no adult to sign for the wine. If a package has been returned to us, you will incur additional shipping charges to reship your package.
Shipments may be held if the weather is not suitable for shipment. We will contact you regarding any delay
Jersey Fine Wines assumes no responsibility for goods deemed damaged by either extreme heat or extreme cold. We strive to make your purchasing experience of the highest standards possible.
Shipments may not be for resale.
We do not ship to hotels, restaurants, bars or wine & spirits retailers.
Title to and ownership of, all wine, spirits, and beer passes from Jersey Fine Wines to the purchaser in the State of New Jersey and the purchaser takes all responsibility for the shipping of it from New Jersey to his/her home state.
Most orders leave our warehouse within 48 hours and we strive to accommodate our customers in every way.. However, we can not guarantee any shipments by a specific date.
We proudly deliver using FedEx Ground Service. The following options are available:
1.) FEDEX GROUND: Delivery to all Business addresses between 9:00AM – 5:00PM
2.) FEDEX HOME DELIVERY: Delivery to all Home addresses between 9:00AM - 5:00PM
3.) FEDEX HOME DELIVERY EVENING: Special delivery to most Home addresses between 5:00PM – 8:00PM
An email will immediately acknowledge receipt of your order, while a second email will confirm your order has been processed and is prepared for shipment. We will contact you by the end of the next business day if there is any problem with your order.

TINS AND GIFT SETS ARE NOT SENT BY DEFAULT. If your product is contained in a tin and you require this tin, please make a note during the final ordering process and we will contact you with updated shipping information. Actual costs will be confirmed with you when your order is placed.
In order to protect our customers, proper personal identification (driver's license, passport, etc.) may be requested in order to process an online order. We appreciate cooperation when such requests are made.
